Many people ask or even download programs to have different wallpapers on different monitors but in Windows 10 it is built in. Simply right click on the picture and set it for which monitor you want.
Today I had a nonexistent drive in windows 10 labeled as Q: Windows would not show an option to unmount it via explorer or disk management so to CMD prompt it is.
